Jobs and unsolicited applications
The information collected on these forms is stored in a computer file by VEREMES for recruitment management. They are intended for the Human Resources Directorate.
In case of hiring, the data is kept in the employee’s file. In the event of a negative outcome to an application, VEREMES asks for the possibility of keeping the file.
If the person refuses, the destruction of the data is immediate.
If the person agrees, the file is kept for 2 years after the last contact.
Contact forms, quotes, EME downloads and evaluation licenses
The information collected on these forms is stored in a computer file by VEREMES for customer relationship management.
They are intended for the Commercial Directorate and are kept for up to two years after the last contact. Beyond that, they are kept in archive mode.
Conference registration form
The information collected on this form is stored in a computer file by VEREMES for the management of registrations at our annual conference.
They are intended for the Marketing Department and are kept until the person in question is unsubscribed.
